Small Change in Publishing — Why It’s Better for You
Have you ever heard the phrase:
Change is the only constant.
For those of you who haven’t, it means that life is forever changing and transforming. It’s a widespread phenomenon, not limited to any one aspect of life. Everything, everywhere, is changing.
If you’ve been following what’s happening in the world — from the US to Europe, from the Middle East to Asia — you probably know exactly what I mean. But I’m not here to talk about geopolitics.
I’m here to talk about a change we’ve decided to make in the way we publish content at Dev Learnings.
Change
We have decided to move both of our running series — React Tutorial and Cracking the Coding Interview — from newsletter posts to regular blog posts.
What Does This Mean?
This means you will no longer receive posts from these two series directly in your email inbox. Instead, you’ll be able to access them directly on TheDevLearnings website whenever you want.
The content isn’t going anywhere. It will still be available at your fingertips — just without filling up your inbox.
Why We Are Doing This?
This change gives us the freedom to publish series content more frequently and independently. Until now, being tied to a weekly newsletter meant progress on these series was slower than we wanted — and probably slower than you wanted too.
By moving them out of the newsletter format:
- We can publish multiple posts in a week
- You won’t have to wait an entire week for the next part
- The learning flow becomes faster and more natural
Additionally, this opens up space in the newsletter for more exciting, curated, and experimental content — instead of repeating long-running series updates.
It also reduces noise in your inbox while still keeping everything accessible on the platform.
When Is It Taking Effect
This change takes effect starting with the next Cracking the Coding Interview post, which comes out every Sunday.
From that point onward:
- Series posts will no longer be sent via email
- They’ll be published directly on TheDevLearnings website
- We’ll likely have the next post ready even before Sunday
Until then — enjoy your weekend (or the one coming up).
More good things are on the way 🙂
